With the strong growth, the document volume has increased rapidly. Approvals by mail were no longer an option. There were many queries that required a lot of time and effort to resolve, which cost everyone more and more time. Incoming invoices were forwarded by mail to the originating employee, released and then manually uploaded and recorded online by the accounting department to DATEV company.

Thanks to CANDIS, Vimcar was able to cope with the flood of emails within a very short time. All employees were invited, all accounts were linked and then we were ready to go. Since then, all receipts have been collected centrally, the data automatically recorded and assigned to the responsible colleagues for approval. All communication takes place exclusively via CANDIS. Through automatic reminders, all receipts are released promptly and exported directly to DATEV for payment. Through the central invoice archive, all employees can quickly find relevant invoices and clarify queries directly in CANDIS without having to maintain manual Excel lists.
